If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist with your return or exchange request. Return & Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please follow these guidelines:
Authorization and Timeframe: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Kindly initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Item Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. The return must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Method: When returning or exchanging an item, please use a shipping method with tracking information. We recommend obtaining a signature upon delivery, as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Items purchased on sale or using gift cards.
- Damaged or lost items caused by the customer.
General Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Initiate a Return: Email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the items you wish to return, along with your order number. Our customer service team will review your request within 5 business days to assess its eligibility.
- Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the package. Only ship the item after receiving proper authorization. Please use a shipping method with tracking information to avoid complications, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your request within 5 working days. If eligible, we will offer an exchange or refund as needed.
Return Charges
Please keep the following in mind regarding return charges:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank or credit card provider. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. If payment is completed and the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, once the parcel has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
